The Michigan Flute Orchestra performed at the National Flute Association Conference in Chicago on August 11, 2022. It was very exciting!
Our program was "Celebrating Michigan".
This is our World Premier of "Sounds of Detroit, 1933" by Gay Kahkonen
It was composed as a reflection on the Detroit Industry Murals
created by artist Diego Rivera and is within
Rivera Court in the Detroit Institute of Arts.
